GoNet Badminton/Pickleball Court
House Rules & Terms and Conditions

1. The court is strictly for badminton and pickleball use only. Other sports or activities are prohibited unless approved by the Management Office.

2. All bookings and payments must be made through the GoNet App.

3. Games must start and end according to the booking time as shown in the system.

4. All users must wear proper sports attire.

5. Smoking is strictly prohibited within and around the facility.

6. Users must maintain cleanliness at all times and dispose of any rubbish or waste properly in designated bins.

7. Play at your own risk. The Management will not be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or loss of personal belongings.

8. For any issues during office hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), please contact 088-778698.

9. For emergencies after office hours, please also contact 088-778698.

10. No refund policy: No refunds will be provided once a booking is confirmed.

11. The facilities are exclusively for owners, purchasers, residents, and their invited guests.

12. All guests must sign in and be accompanied by owners or residents throughout the use of the facilities.

13. Users are responsible for the proper conduct and behavior of their guests.

14. The use of radios, hi-fi equipment, televisions, musical instruments, and other similar audiovisual devices is not
allowed within or around the court area.

15. Users shall be liable for any costs or expenses incurred due to damage, replacement, or restoration of the facilities
caused by them or their guests.

16. Users must observe and comply with all prevailing rules, regulations, and restrictions.

17. The Management Corporation (MC) Office reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
