GoNet is a super app that provides numerous services & features within one single app including e-wallet, venue and sports facilities booking, e-marketplace and etc.

GoNet App is currently available on iOS App Store, Android PlayStore & HuaWei AppGallery, download GoNet App now!

  • Step 1: Download GoNet App
  • Step 2: Launch the App
  • Step 3: Select “Register” and fill in the Registration Form
  • Step 4: Submit Form & Login

This may happen due to a few reasons including internet connection, device hold-up capacity or any unforeseen technical issues. Please try to clear cache and relaunch the app OR delete and reinstall the app.

b) App User

  • Step 1 : Click on Transaction Pin icon
  • Step 2 : Set your 6 digit pin
  • Step 3:  Enter your last 4 digit NRIC/Passport No.
  • Step 4:  Click request OTP
  • Step 5 : Enter the OTP code
  • Step 6: Click “SET”

Step 1 : Click on Reload icon.

Step 2 : Click on Upgrade MyWallet.

No. However, you may register with a new mobile number with a different email address.

Your email address might be used already and duplicate of email address is not permitted.

Yes, the balance will be transferred to your bank account upon request.

c) GoSport

Click on “Next Booking” and you can view your next booking details.

Click on “Next Booking” or “History” and you can view your booking details.

Select which booking receipt that you want to view.

Step 1: Click on “Next Booking”.

Step 2 : Select the booking that you wish to be cancel.

Step 3 : Click “Cancel Booking” and write down cancellation reason and Submit.

The cancellation approval subjected to the merchant or vendor.
